You can track your order in several ways on our website.
First, once we ship your order you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order has been shipped. This email will contain a “Track” button that will allow you to see the tracking information for that order. Below is an example of the email you will receive after your order is placed. The green and red arrow in the photo is pointing to where the tracking button is located.
Second, you can click MY ACCOUNT at the top of the website to display your account information (#1 in photo). Then click on the orders tab on the left side of that page (#2 in photo). You will be given a list of your orders. Click on the order that you are trying to track and then click the Track link on the upper left side of the displayed order (#3 in photo). This Track link will take you to the tracking page associated with this order.
Third, you can hover over MY ACCOUNT (#1 in photo) and click Track My Order (#2 in photo) to be taken to an order tracking page. Fill out the Order ID and your email address and your order information will be displayed. There will be a Track button on page that is displayed. Click this Track button to be taken to the tracking information for this order.
